Located on the beautiful Rabot Estate is the popular 'chocolate' restaurant called Boucan by Hotel Chocolat. They offer an exclusive chocolate tour tree to bean and bean to bar chocolate making tour for all the chocolate lovers out there. The tour includes all the processes from the seedling nursery and fermenting room, to the sun-drying station, grinding, mixing and lots of tasting!The tour comes at a cost of $88USD per person from Monday - Friday from 9am - 3pm.
